Netflix’s Rebecca adaptation has added to its cast.

Four new names have been added to the forthcoming gothic thriller — Keeley Hawes, Ann Dowd, Sam Riley, and Ben Crompton have been tapped star in the streaming giant’s adaptation of Daphne Du Maurier’s novel.

The four are set to star opposite previously announced Kristin Scott Thomas, Lily James, and Armie Hammer

The story follows a newly married young woman who visits her husband’s imposing family estate on a bleak English coast, where she finds herself battling the shadow of his dead first wife — the mysterious Rebecca — whose legacy continues to haunt the house.

The feature is directed by Ben Wheatley from a script by Kingsman screenwriter Jane Goldman. Earlier versions of the script were penned by Joe Shrapnel and Anna Waterhouse.

Production is scheduled to begin next week in the UK and France.
