If you’re always in the mood for a hilarious new Netflix comedy, it’s time to put Me Time on your watch list! The first trailer for this film is here, and it shows Kevin Hart and Mark Wahlberg playing two former BFFs who reunite for a wild weekend they’ll never forget.

According to its official logline, Me Time centers on a stay-at-home dad (Hart) who finds himself with some “me time” for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away. He reconnects with his former best friend (Wahlberg) for a wild weekend that nearly upends his life.

This marks the first collaboration between Hart and Wahlberg, and they had a blast working on this project. Hart posted a behind-the-scenes photo back in September and described his co-star as “funny as hell”, adding their chemistry on set was exactly what he thought it would be.

Hart signed a first-look deal with Netflix in 2021 and went on to star in the films Fatherhood and The Man from Toronto. Wahlberg is also a Netflix veteran and he previously starred in the streamer’s hit action-comedy Spenser Confidential.

In addition to Hart and Wahlberg, Me Time also stars Regina Hall, Jimmy O. Yang, and Luis Gerardo Méndez. It’s set to premiere on Netflix on August 26.
