Kete has called it quits.
After nine months together, Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have gone their separate ways. According to reports, the breakup was amicable and they have decided to remain friends.
The reality star and Saturday Night Live actor first made headlines in November after Kim announced her divorce from Kanye West. She apparently took the New Yorker to her mother Kris Jenner’s home in Palm Springs, with the pair said to have been smitten with each other.
What followed was a romance that can only be described as “Instagram Couple Goals”. Picture matching outfits, outings to the Met Gala, time spent together with Kim’s four children, and Pete getting tattooed in the 41-year-old reality star’s honor.
Distance was always an issue in the couple’s relationship and it appears as though that was the cause of the split.
When the duo began dating, they were living on two different coasts. For the past few months, Pete has been shooting his upcoming film Wizards! in Australia while Kim has been in the U.S., co-parenting with Kanye.
According to those in the know, the former lovebirds have a lot of love and respect for each other, but they found that the long distance dynamic and their demanding schedules made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.
