The masterminds behind American Horror Story are no strangers to stunt casting, and their latest decision is the most mind-blowing one yet. Kim Kardashian will star in the upcoming twelfth season of the hit anthology series alongside AHS alum Emma Roberts.
The upcoming seasons of American Horror Story will be dubbed Delicate, and it draws inspiration from Danielle Valentine’s upcoming novel Delicate Condition. It’s been described as “the feminist update to Rosemary’s Baby” and it centers on a woman who’s convinced that a sinister figure is going to great lengths to make sure her pregnancy never happens.
This will be Kardashian’s first high-profile role to date, but she’s not a stranger to acting. She previously starred on TV shows Beyond the Break and Drop Dead Diva, in addition to playing herself on hit sitcoms How I Met Your Mother and 2 Broke Girls.
Kardashian most recently voiced a character named Dolores in PAW Patrol movies, and she said she’s interested in venturing even more into acting if something interesting comes up.
“Would I act? I would if something fun came about. Maybe a Marvel movie, that would be so fun to do. I’m not actively looking, but I think things just come when they’re supposed to,” she previously told Interview Magazine.
