Another Gossip Girl alumn will be joining the HBO Max reboot of the cult classic.

Kristen Bell will return as the narrator of the loved series. A reboot was announced in July and Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, the original creative team, will executive produce the new series along with Josh Safran, the original writer and producer.

Gossip Girl aired on The CW from 2007-2012 and it was about a group of New York socialites whose secrets are revealed by a blogger. The cast included Blake Lively, Penn Badgley, Leighton Meester, Chase Crawford, and Ed Westwick.

Bell is the first original cast member who’s set to return.

Chase Crawford voiced an interest in returning to the reboot back in October to EW, “I just love Josh and Stephanie and if they wanted me to come and do anything it would be hard to say no. I’m always grateful for the opportunity they gave me and that whole experience — it was all of my 20s, it was like my college, living in New York for that time. I’ll always have fond memories of it.”

We’re still waiting to hear more about the reboot and we’ll report news as soon as we hear anything.

For now, “XOXO, Gossip Girl.”
