First look footage for Spencer starring Kristen Stewart as a young Princess Diana was revealed at CinemaCon.

Set in 1991, the movie takes place over the Christmas holiday and deals with Diana’s decision to end her marriage to Prince Charles (Jack Farthing).

The footage hasn’t been released to the general public and it features extraordinary scenery, exquisite suits, and a tense conversation between the Prince and Princess. Diana’s shown dancing around the estate grounds while trying to avoid paparazzi, sitting for a family portrait, and walking down the hallway in a gorgeous silver gown.

Charles and Diana speak about the effect of the media on them. Diana says, “If they’re circling, it seems they’re circling just me” and Charles says, “Perhaps that’s because I always take care to close my curtains.”

In addition to first look footage, Neon, the studio who backed the film, debuted a new poster with the caption, “Every fairy tale ends.”

Spencer is directed by Pablo Larrain (Jackie) and written by Peaky Blinders creator Steven Knight.

The movie is set to be released on November 5.
