The Kardashian-Jenner family prove once again that they are an empire.

The youngest member of the Kardashian klan graces the cover of Forbes’ Richest “Self-Made Women” issue, well ahead of Barbra Streisand ($400M), Beyonce Knowles ($335M) and Taylor Swift ($320M). She’s even on track to becoming a billionaire earlier than Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook, who achieved that status at age 23. According to the magazine, Kylie Jenner is worth $900m at just 20 years of age (she turns 21 in August).

The reality TV star founded Kylie Cosmetics in February 2016 and in just two years has sold more than $630 million worth of makeup, including an estimated $330 million in 2017. The company is valued (conservatively) at nearly $800 million and Kylie owns 100% of it.

“The most successful women entrepreneurs in the country are increasingly taking advantage of technology, including social media, to help them launch and grow businesses,” editor Luisa Kroll says. “That’s one reason why we’ve seen a notable influx of Instagram-savvy moguls like 20-year-old Kylie Jenner in the ranks of America’s richest self-made women.”

Kylie told the magazine she struggled to find something to do on her own, but since she’s always loved makeup, it seems like the natural choice. The now cosmetics mogul added, “I turned to makeup to help me feel more confident.”

Jenner capitalized on her giant social media following (110M on Instagram and 25.6M on Twitter) to catapult her company to success. “Social media is an amazing platform,” the star told Forbes, ”I have such easy access to my fans and my customers.”

Kylie took to social media sharing her cover, writing to her 110 million followers on Instagram, “wow. I can’t believe I’m posting my very own @forbes cover. thank you for this article and the recognition. I’m so blessed to do what I love every day. I couldn’t have dreamt this up!”
