Roma has taken home the honors for Best Picture at the Los Angeles Film Critics Association.
The 2018 LA Film Critics Association announced their annual awards. The group announced that voting had begun via Twitter early on Sunday morning.
According to the members of the Association, this year’s best cinema accomplishments include Ethan Hawke, who impressed with his role in First Reformed and was named Best Actor. Olivia Colman took home the Best Actress Award for her role in The Favorurite. Steven Yeun and Regina King won Best Supporting Actor and Actress for their performances in Burning and If Beale Street Could Talk respectively.
The winners will be honored at a special gala dinner held at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City on January 12.
