Lady Gaga and Christian Carino are engaged!
The Mother Monster revealed the engagement during her speech at Elle‘s 25th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles on Monday, thanking her “fiancé Christian”. News of the engagement is an end to months of speculations as Gaga has been wearing a sparkler on her left-hand ring finger for months.
The engagement was confirmed by PEOPLE.
News of the couple’s engagement follows the confirmation of their relationship from earlier this year. After they were spotted looking quite affectionate at a Kings of Leon concert together, the couple confirmed that they were dating.
The musician (32) and the Hollywood agent (49) have been keeping their relationship private but the singer did open up about the relationship during the NYC stop of her Joanne World Tour, “When I went backstage, Christian was by the stairs making sure I was okay,” Gaga said, the New York Post‘s Page Six reported at the time. “The best part about being in love with someone is having them there to catch you if you fall.”
