Lana Del Rey recently revealed she’ll soon share some news about her next studio album and she certainly delivered on that promise. The singer announced the release of her ninth studio album Did You Know That There’s a Tunnel Under Ocean Blvd and dropped the title track.

Del Rey’s new album will hit the shelves on March 10, 2023, and she gave us a taste of things to come with the lead single, which shares the name with the album. The list of her collaborators on her ninth LP included Jack Antonoff, Drew Erickson, Zach Dawes, and several guests, including Jon Batiste and Father John Misty.

Del Rey released a statement via her private Instagram account where she thanked all her collaborators who helped her bring this record to life and revealed what we can expect once it comes out.

“So it’s coming out in March and thank you to you guys for listening! The music is for fun and for you and for me and not always free unless you’re streaming ha – but spirited with the best of intentions,” she wrote in a statement.

Del Ray hasn’t released a new album since Blue Banisters in 2021, but she recorded the Euphoria song “Watercolor Eyes” and covered Father John Misty’s “Buddy’s Rendezvous” in the meantime.
