Cersei Lannister was once of the greatest liars on Game of Thrones.
The master manipulator always had a cunning plan in the works, and bent the truth many a time to get what she wanted.
One of those times came in the final season when the Queen claimed to have been carrying her brother Jaime’s baby. She then claimed that the baby belonged to Euron Greyjoy.
Amidst all of Cersei’s stories, the question remained — was there even a baby, after all?
Whilst at a comic book convention in Germany, Headey revealed a deleted scene would have answered the question.
“We shot a scene that never made it into Season 7 which was where I lose the baby. And it was really kind of traumatic and great moment for Cersei and it never made it in,” she revealed. “I really would have loved doing that because I thought it would have served her differently.”
We almost feel sorry for Cersei…
