Lenny Kravitz Teases Memoir “Let Love Rule”

Lenny Kravitz went on quite a journey since kicking off his career in the 80s. He established himself as a successful musician, producer, and actor—and he’s ready to take a look back at his early years in the new memoir, Let Love Rule.

Kravitz’s new book will hit the shelves on October 6th. He picked the title Let Love Rule because love is his message and a force that paved the way for all of his experiences—but it also happens to be the title of his debut album.

“Writing this memoir has been a beautiful and interesting experience taking me through the first 25 years of my life, from birth to release of my first album. That journey, full of adventure, was where I found myself and my voice,” said the Grammy-winning singer in a statement.

Kravitz wrote the book alongside David Ritz. It will cover his childhood and all the obstacles he had to overcome before dropping his debut album in 1989.
