The fourth season of The Witcher is just around the corner, but its main hero will look quite different once this series comes back. Netflix shared the first look at Season 4, which sees Liam Hemsworth transform into Geralt of Rivia for the first time.

Hemsworth joined the cast ahead of Season 4 after Henry Cavill announced his exit as Geralt of Rivia in 2022. He said he’s honored that Cavill is handing him the reins and allowing him to take up the White Wolf’s blades for the next chapter of his adventure.

Season 4 of this epic fantasy series recently kicked off production, and it didn’t take long for Netflix to drop the first look. The short teaser opens with Geralt walking through a foggy night with his horse, before turning around and giving us a glimpse of Hemsworth as the White Wolf.

Season 4 is currently shooting in the UK back-to-back with Season 5, which will mark the final chapter of this series.

“We’re thrilled to be able to bring Andrzej Sapkowski’s books to an epic and satisfying conclusion. It wouldn’t be our show if we didn’t push our family of characters to their absolute limit – stay tuned to see how the story ends,” creator and showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich said in a statement when the show’s final season was announced.
