Sarah Connor was played by several actresses over the course of almost four decades, but Linda Hamilton will always be the one associated with this iconic character. Legendary actress is back to playing the action heroine in the new Terminator movie and she looks tough as nails!
Paramount Pictures just dropped the first look at the upcoming blockbuster, with three female leads taking the center stage. It’s not difficult to guess fans of the franchise were most excited about Hamilton’s comeback. She hasn’t returned to this iconic role since Terminator 2: Judgment Day in 1991… Unless you count that brief voice cameo in 2009’s Terminator Salvation.
Linda Hamilton isn’t the only woman who looks ready to raise hell in the newly released photo from the untitled sequel. The first look also features Blade Runner 2049 star Mackenzie Davis and relative newcomer Natalia Reyes. She’ll be playing the lead – a young woman from Mexico City who finds herself caught up in the battle between humans and machines.
Hamilton also isn’t the only Terminator veteran to return for the new movie. Arnold Schwarzenegger answered James Cameron’s call and agreed to come back. Tim Miller, who made a splash with his debut film Deadpool, is directing this promising project. It will hit the theaters on November 22, 2019.
