Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts” Has Made Hot 100 History

According to multiple outlets, Lizzo’s “Truth Hurts” has scored a historic seventh week atop the Billboard Hot 100. It now officially shares the title of longest rule ever for a rap song by a female artist with Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy.”

“Truth Hurts” first topped the Hot 100 dated September 7 and spent its first six weeks at No. 1 consecutively before dropping to No. 2 a week ago when Travis Scott’s “Highest in the Room” took the top spot.
