Things are about to get spooky on Netflix.

Back in the 90s, when witches were all the rage, Melissa Joan Hart brought us the story of Sabrina the Teenage Witch based on the Archie Comics.

That Sabrina lived with her two aunts (who are also witches) and their cat Salem who, you guessed it, is a witch that has been turned into a domestic animal as punishment for attempting world domination.

Now, the series is set to take on a fresher — and darker — feel, as part of a Netflix reboot.

Mad Men actress, Kiernan Shipka, will take on the titular role, with the series taking on the original comic book title: Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

The new version “imagines the origin and adventures of Sabrina the Teenage Witch as a dark coming-of-age story that traffics in horror, the occult and, of course, witchcraft. Touted as being tonally in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, this adaptation finds Sabrina wrestling to reconcile her dual nature — half-witch, half-mortal — while standing against the evil forces that threaten her, her family and the daylight world humans inhabit.”

Something wicked is definitely coming this way… and we can’t wait.
