Mandy Moore didn’t leave the spotlight in the last couple of years and received great reviews for her performance in This Is Us, but she’s ready to return to her first true love. Her new album Silver Landings is almost here, and it will be her first in over ten years!
Moore dropped her last record, Amanda Leigh, in 2009, before putting her music career on hold. But, she’s been staidly writing new music in the last few years, and she’ll be finally putting it out in the world on March 6th. The Release of her new album will be followed by a North America tour.
Moore also shared the full tracklist of her new record, which includes previously released singles “When I Wasn’t Watching” and “I’d Rather Lose.” She also dropped a new song titled “Save a Little for Yourself” and described it as another half of a love song we don’t always talk about.
“Sure, we should open ourselves up, let people in and love them as wholly as possible, but none of that carries any water if we’re not taking care of ourselves first and foremost. It might not be as romantic, but it’s an equally important part of the equation,” said Mandy Moore in a statement.
