This scandal rocked Fox News in 2016 and led to the downfall of now-deceased network boss and exposed company’s toxic male culture. The working title of the hotly anticipated film is Fair and Balanced, but the date of release remains a mystery.

Kidman will play Gretchen Carlson, former news anchor responsible of blowing the whistle on the company’s culture of sexism and harassment. Theron will take on the role of Megyn Kelly, who went on record saying she experienced “explicit quid-pro-quo sexual harassment” at the hands of her former boss. Robbie will join the two acting legends as an associate producer at the news network.
