Multiple outlets report that Mariah Carey’s “All I Want For Christmas Is You” has finally claimed the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
The news was confirmed Monday by Billboard. Following the announcement, the multi-award-winning singer took to Twitter writing to her fans, “We did it 😭❤️🐑🎄🦋.” The holiday staple previously peaked at No. 3 in 2018.
Per Entertainment Weekly, this is Carey’s 19th overall No.1 achievement, giving her more No. 1 singles on the Hot 100 than any other solo artist!
It’s an extra merry Christmas for Carey!
