Meghan Markle will not have her father beside her when she walks down the aisle this Saturday.
With the royal wedding just days away, Thomas Markle has confirmed that he will not be in attendance after it was revealed that he had staged several paparazzi photos.
These included pictures of the Emmy award-winning lighting director book about Great Britain, looking at an online photo gallery of Meghan and Prince Harry, and having a fitting for his wedding suit which was then published globally.
Markle has now announced that he will not be attending his daughter’s big day so as to avoid embarrassing her, with a spokesperson for Kensington Palace saying, “This is a deeply personal moment for Ms. Markle in the days before her wedding. She and Prince Harry ask again for understanding and respect to be extended to Mr. Markle in this difficult situation.”
Speculation is now high as to just whom will walk Meghan to her prince on the 19th of May…
