Miley Cyrus not only teased the release of new music this weekend, but she also went and did it!

The 26-year-old singer-songwriter performed at BBC 1’s Big Weekend on Saturday and rocked out with the audience on a selection of three songs that have never been heard before.

The “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” singer isn’t renowned for rapping, but that’s exactly what she did on “Cattitude” which is presumably a portmanteau of “catty attitude”.

The former coach on The Voice encourages fans to “Turn up your gratitude / Turn down your attitude,” before dropping references to Cardi B and Nicki Minaj by saying, “I love you Nicki but I listen to Cardi.”

The second track, “Dream” could have been written about new husband Liam Hemsworth as Miley sings, “I breathe your visions / They pull me through the coldest of nights.”

Miley’s final new song is a no-nonsense banger that includes the lyrics: “I’m nasty, I’m evil / Must be something in the water or that I’m my mother’s daughter.”

We could be getting a proper single soon as the singer’s EP She is Coming drops May 30th.

Miley’s back, y’all.
