It’s been months since Morgan Wallen dropped his smash hit “Last Night” and this song is still dominating the Billboard Hot 100 chart. After 14 weeks at No. 1, “Last Night” tied the record for the fifth-longest reign since the chart’s launch.

“Last Night” was briefly dethroned by Olivia Rodrigo’s “Vampire” last week, but it promptly returned to No. 1. With 75.4 million radio airplay audience impressions, 28.6 million streams, and 7,000 downloads, Wallen topped the Billboard Hot 100 for 14th non-consecutive week and made history along the way.

“Last Night” is now the fifth longest-running No. 1 song in the history of the chart, and it’s in pretty good company. The list of songs with 14 weeks at No. 1 also includes “Uptown Funk!” by Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars, “I Gotta Feeling” by The Black Eyed Peas, and “I Will Always Love You” by Whitney Houston, while all-time record is still held by Lil Nas X’s “Old Town Road” ft. Billy Ray Cyrus with 19 weeks on top.

“Last Night” was released as one of the singles from Wallen’s third studio album One Thing at a Time, which came out on March 3. It spent 15 weeks atop the Billboard 200 chart, surpassing Bad Bunny’s Un Verano Sin Ti for most weeks at No. 1 this decade.
