MTV Movie & TV Awards: Greatest of All Time—Who Were the Winners?

The 2020 MTV Movie & TV Awards looked much different than it did in the past as fans got to see a whole new kind of awards show. This year, the event was 90-minutes and it honored the stars, properties, and events with the title of Greatest of All Time among the pop culture icons from the 1980s to the present.

The show was hosted by Vanessa Hudgens and included categories like Scream Queen, Legendary Lip Lock, Dance Your A** Off, Heartbreaking Break-Up, Comedy Giant, Zero to Hero, She-Ro, and Dynamic Duo. No nominees were announced prior to the event and all winners were announced during the socially distanced ceremony. Guest star appearances included Neve Campbell, Sofia Carson, Lily Collins, and Derek Hough.

Among the winners were the late Chadwick Boseman who received the Hero for the Ages, Gal Gadot took home the award for She-Ro, Kevin Hart won for Comedy Giant, and Sarah Michelle Gellar and Selma Blair were honored for their kiss in Cruel Intentions.
