Naomi Watts has been tapped to star in Showtime’s limited series about Roger Ailes.

Watts will star as Gretchen Carlson in the upcoming series about the former Fox News head.

The 50-year-old actress isn’t the first A-lister from down under to join the project. Watts will play opposite Russell Crowe, who will play Ailes. Ailes Fox News founder was ousted from the network following numerous allegations of sexual misconduct. Carlson, who first served as a co-anchor at Fox and Friends before going on to anchor her own show, was the first women to file a harassment suit against Ailes.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the eight-episode series based on Gabriel Sherman’s bestselling book The Loudest Voice in the Room aims to shed light on the psychology that drives the political process from the top down” through multiple points of view.

Watts recently starred on Showtime’s Twin Peaks revival and Netflix’s Gypsy.
