After 22 years with NBC News, Natalie Morales will be moving on to her next project.

Morales was an anchor on Today, Access Hollywood, and Dateline. As reported by Variety, she told staff that she plans to leave “to spread my own wings and to pursue a new adventure.”

NBC News didn’t comment about where she’s heading next, but sources told The Daily Mail, she’s heading to CBS’ The Talk where she’ll be joining fellow hosts Akbar Gbajabiamila, Amanda Kloots, Jerry O’Connell, and Sheryl Underwood.

The Talk has been looking for new hosts since the controversial departure of co-host Sharon Osbourne.

The anchor is expected to contribute to Dateline for the rest of the year and she’ll have an on-air farewell on Today over the next few weeks.

“This first half of my life has been one full of adventure, challenges, travel, way too many early wake up calls, and yes opportunities to witness history unfold and to tell inspiring and impactful stories that will always be in my mind’s highlight reel,” she told staff in an email announcing her departure as Variety reported.
