Netflix Cancels “Chambers” After Only One Season

Uma Thurman and Tony Goldwyn in "Chambers"

Netflix is home to countless amazing TV shows, but Chambers is no longer one of them. The streaming giant canceled this supernatural horror series after a single season.

The first season of Chambers started streaming on Netflix on April 26th, and it consisted of ten episodes. They followed the story of a teenager who started experiencing unexplained visions after receiving a heart transplant. After some time, she decides to use her new-found power to unmask the truth behind her donor’s mysterious death.

Netflix announced the cancellation of this show in an official statement and used this opportunity to thank everyone who brought it to life and made it what it was.

“Chambers will not return for a second season. We’re grateful to creator and showrunner Leah Rachel for bringing this story to us and to her fellow executive producers… We’re also thankful to the tireless crew, and to our incredible cast, especially Uma Thurman, Tony Goldwyn and talented newcomer Sivan Alyra Rose.”
