Elite emerged as one of Netflix’s most popular international series, and its seventh chapter is just around the corner. The streaming giant just dropped a new trailer for Season 7 of the hit Spanish teen drama ahead of its release later this week.
The new trailer opens with the former Las Encinas student Omar (Omar Ayuso) being haunted by the memories he made there, saying “this school really hurt me.” As the trailer progresses, we watch several other characters grappling with the problems they are dealing with in the present time.
Season 7 ensemble will include several returning cast members, such as Ayuso, André Lamoglia (Iván), Valentina Zenere (Isadora), Ana Bokesa (Rocío), Álvaro de Juana (Dídac), Ander Puig (Nico), Nadia Al Saidi (Sonia), Álex Pastrana (Raúl), and Carmen Arrufat (Sara).
Multiple newcomers will also join the cast, including Fernando Líndez, Mirela Balić, Gleb Abrosimov, Maribel Verdú, Leonardo Sbaraglia, Alejandro Albarracín, and Iván Mendes. The Brazilian singer Anitta is also set to star as Jessica, a new self-defense professor at Las Encinas.
Elite will return for its seventh season on October 20, and there’s more on the way! Netflix‘s longest-running Spanish scripted series has already been renewed for its eighth season ahead of the Season 7 premiere.
