The streaming giant has paused production on The Harder They Fall

Multiple outlets confirm that Netflix has paused shooting on its forthcoming Western after a member of the production team tested positive for COVID-19. It’s unclear when filming will resume. The project has already paused production once before back in mid-March during the start of the pandemic.

The Harder They Fall centers on an outlaw who discovers that the man who killed his parents has been released from prison. He assembles a gang to help him get revenge. The series will star a stellar cast including Idris Elba, Regina King, and Jonathan Majors.

The script was penned by Boaz Yakin with Jeymes Samuel at the helm.

Netflix did not comment.
