Grammy winner Chloe X Halle’s music is now being drafted by Netflix in their campaign toward El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. The streaming service released a teaser video that sees a recap of the events in the life of Aaron Paul’s Jesse Pinkman throughout all the five seasons of Breaking Bad. Halle’s Enchanted is set as the background music.
The clip shows Pinkman from his days as a meth cook before he met Walter White, through all the hardships he goes through during the show like being pummeled by Hank and his relationship with Jane Margolis and her death till his running away at the end of the show. No new footage is revealed, unfortunately.
The movie is due to go on Netflix on October 11. It was filmed in secret and its existence was revealed last month in an interview with actor Bob Odenkirk who played Saul Goodman on the show and on the prequel spin-off Better Call Saul. The network released a sneak pick for the movie featuring Jesse’s friend Skinny Pete being interrogated.
