Nicolas Cage will be starring in the horror-thriller Wally’s Wonderland and it sounds like it is going to be ridiculous but brilliant.
Cage will be playing a janitor working in an amusement park. His character is unnamed and is working there at nights to pick up some extra cash. One night, he gets trapped in the park with a gang of possessed animatronic monsters.
Kevin Lewis will be directing the horror thriller, which he has compared to “Pale Ride vs Killer Klowns from Outer Space.”
“For me, there was always one actor and one actor only who could make this movie work, and that actor is Nic Cage,” Lewis said about casting Cage in the lead role.
“I’m thrilled to be working with him and can’t wait to see him go up against Wally and his gang of psychopathic misfits,” he continued. “I see this movie as Pale Rider vs Killer Klowns from Outer Space.”
Cage will be co-starring alongside Emily Tosta, Beth Grant, Ric Reitz, and Chris Warner.
A release date for the film has not yet been announced.
