Nine Inch Nails announce new music and world tour for 2020.

Since the band’s last album Bad Witch in 2018, Nine Inch Nails has been on a bit of a hiatus. Trent Reznor has kept himself busy with soundtrack work alongside bandmate Atticus Ross. The pair contributed to the 2019 TV adaptation of the graphic novel Watchmen and produced three albums out of the project.

According to a recent interview with Revolver, it seems like the hiatus is about to come to an end. The interview promises that not only is new music coming in 2020, but Nine Inch Nails are planning on doing an extensive tour.

In the interview, Reznor and Ross tease: “Nine Inch Nails is not forgotten. In 2020, Reznor and Ross plan to take the group back out on tour, as well as record new NIN music.”

Unfortunately, the pair didn’t really share any details other than that. Still, it seems to be set in stone that new music from Nine Inch Nails is on the way, and that’s enough for now.
