The first season of Nine Perfect Strangers was one wild ride, and Nicole Kidman is coming back for more! Hulu renewed this series for a long-rumored second season, which will feature a brand-new group of strangers starring opposite Kidman.

Based on Liane Moriarty’s book of the same name, Nine Perfect Strangers takes place in a lavish health-and-wellness resort that promises healing and transformation, but its guests quickly learn there’s something off about this resort and its mysterious founder Masha.

Nine Perfect Strangers will take The White Lotus-like approach with Season 2, and move the events to a new location—from sunny California to the ice-cold Swiss Alps. The general formula remains the same, and the series will center on a group of stressed city dwellers trying to get a fresh start during a 10-day retreat at Tranquillum House.

The first season featured the likes of Melissa McCarthy, Michael Shannon, Luke Evans, and Samara Weaving, but they won’t be back for another round. Season 2 will feature a brand-new cast of titular strangers, including two-time Oscar nominee Liv Ullmann, the Emmy-winning The White Lotus actor Murray Bartlett, along with Dolly de Leon (Triangles Of Sadness), and Maisie Richardson-Sellers (DC’s Legends of Tomorrow).
