Olivia Rodrigo has had quite the year—she rose to fame with her mega-hit “Drivers License” and her debut album SOUR will be released on May 21. The singer shared a trailer for her upcoming album and she previews a new song called “good 4 u”.
“Good 4 u” will be coming out on May 14 and it follows “Drivers License” and “Deja Vu”.
The trailer for SOUR shows footage of Rodrigo creating the album with co-writer and producer Dan Nigro as well as a snippet of the new song. “Good 4 u” has a rock vibe and it’s more upbeat than her previous singles.
The singer made her live debut at the BRIT Awards on May 11 performing “Drivers License”. She’s the musical guest on this week’s episode of Saturday Night Live.
“Drivers License” was a huge hit both domestically and internationally. The song was released on January 8 and within the first week of its release it was critically acclaimed and broke Spotify’s record twice for most daily streams for a non-holiday song. It debuted at No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100.
