Nickelodeon has given us one of its classic 2000s shows with Zoey 101 and its follow-up is finally on the way. Jamie Lynn Spears and co. will return for a revival full-length movie, being developed by Paramount+ under the working title Zoey 102.

Zoey 101 originally aired on Nickelodeon between 2005 and 2009, and it centered on teenage girl Zoey Brooks during her years at a prestigious boarding school Pacific Coast Academy. In the revival, Zoey and her classmates will reunite for a wedding in the present day.

The list of cast members will also include Erin Sanders (Quinn Pensky), Sean Flynn (Chase Matthews), Matthew Underwood (Logan Reese), Christopher Massey (Michael Barret), Abby Wilde (Stacey Dillsen), Jack Salvatore (Mark Del Figgalo), and Spears is excited about their reunion.

“I’m beyond thrilled to be back alongside my PCA family and continue the story of Zoey and all the characters fans know and love. As an executive producer, it’s been an exciting opportunity to work with a such incredible talent as well as Paramount+ and Nickelodeon,” she said in a statement.

Zoey 102 will be directed by Nancy Hower, and the production is underway in North Carolina. The movie doesn’t have a release date yet, but it’s expected to arrive on Paramount+ later this year.
