We’re not saying it’s a supernatural thing that Paul Rudd never seems to age, but we are telling you that the Avengers: Endgame star is signing on to a supernatural classic.

The 50-year-old has answered the call and will be in the latest film in the Ghostbusters franchise.

Jason Reitman is taking over his father, Ivan’s, baby by making the third film in the saga which originally came out three decades ago.

Ghostbusters 2020 already stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, and Mckenna Grace.

Although Rudd’s role has not been announced, Reitman confirmed that he is on board.

“I’ve been wanting to work with Paul Rudd since my short film opened for Wet Hot American Summer at Sundance. I’m thrilled he’ll be joining this new chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe,” he said.

We are still waiting to see whether the original squad — Bill Murray, Dan Akroyd, and Ernie Hudson — will decide to join. Sigourney Weaver, however, has revealed that she will be taking part.

Ghostbusters 2020 is out on July 10th, 2020.
