USA Network has officially canceled Pearson after one season.
The Suits spinoff series has been given the axe by the network after failing to attract wide audiences and ranking as USA’s lowest-rated original scripted series per Deadline.
News of the cancelation comes just over a month after the spinoff ended its season one run.
Pearson starred Suits alum Gina Torres as the titular character Jessica Pearson. It follower Torres’ character a now disbarred powerhouse lawyer who moves to Chicago and gets involved in the world of politics.
Morgan Spector, Bethany Joy Lenz, Simon Kassianides, Eli Goree, Isabel Arraiza, and Chantel Riley rounded out the cast.
Suits ran for nine seasons and over 130 episodes.
