Primavera Sound festival, which will take place in Barcelona from May 31 to June 4, just revealed its lineup. We have to say; we are impressed. The 2018 edition of the festival will feature some of the biggest names in music today, from Arctic Monkeys, Björk and Lorde to ASAP Rocky, Tyler the Creator and The National. But let’s start from the beginning.

Belle and Sebastian are opening the festival on Wednesday accompanied by Spiritualized. Then of Thursday, we have music legends Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds and Björk alongside The War on Drugs, Cvrches and Vince Staples. The next day we will have an alternative night on the festival, with the likes of The National, Haim, and Cigarettes after Sex. Finally, Primavera Sound is bringing out the big guns on Saturday, with one of the biggest rock stars of today, Arctic Monkeys, who will be supported by Lorde, ASAP Rocky, and many others.

Rock, rap, EDM, you name it, Primavera Sound will most probably have it. You can check out the full lineup below.

The first edition of the festival took place in 2001 when only 8000 people attended it. Since then, Primavera Sound is continuously growing, and established itself as the meeting point for all generations, offering something for everyone’s taste. From well-established stars to underground music, the festival always worked to give the audience a variety of content to choose from. The last year was a good indicator of how much the festival progressed since more than 200,000 people attended it in 2017.
