It’s been six months since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle dropped their royal duties, and they’re pretty busy exploring new business ventures. The power couple recently signed a multi-year deal with Netflix, and they have a lot of amazing content in store.

The New York Times reported the royal couple is currently plotting an animated series about inspiring women, and that’s just the beginning. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will also develop series, docu-series, documentaries, features, and children’s programming for the streaming giant.

“As new parents, making inspirational family programming is also important to us, as is powerful storytelling through a truthful and relatable lens. We are pleased to work with Ted and the team at Netflix whose unprecedented reach will help us share impactful content that unlocks action,” said the couple in a joint statement.

Netflix’s chief content officer and co-CEO, Ted Sarandos, said the streaming giant is proud that Harry and Meghan have chosen Netflix as their creative home. He praised the couple for inspiring people with their authenticity, optimism, and leadership, and added they’re looking forward to helping build resilience and increase understanding through stories they tell together.
