Queer Eye is one of the most beloved reality shows to premiere on Netflix, and its ending is nowhere in sight. The streaming giant confirmed the renewal of this series for its ninth season, while also announcing Bobby Berk will no longer be a member of the Fab Five.

Queer Eye will switch locations in the upcoming ninth season, moving from Las Vegas to New Orleans. Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, Antoni Porowski, and Tan France are expected to return when Season 9 premieres on Netflix on January 24, 2024.

Queer Eye will look quite different when it comes back for Season 9 because its core cast member and interior design expert Bobby Berk announced his exit ahead of the show’s renewal. He expressed gratitude to all the “wonderful, loving, amazing, and brave heroes” who let him into their homes and hearts over the years.

“It’s with a heavy heart that I announce that season 8 will be my final season on Queer Eye. It’s not been an easy decision to be at peace with, but a necessary one. Although my journey with Queer Eye is over, my journey with you is not. You will be seeing more of me very soon,” said Berk in a statement.
