Reba McEntire hosted the CMA Awards on several occasions in the past, and she’s getting ready to do it again. The legendary country artist will be in charge of hosting this year’s ceremony alongside the first-time host Darius Rucker.

McEntire hosted the ceremony on several occasions during the ‘90s and made a comeback last year when she shared the hosting duties with Carrie Underwood and Dolly Parton. She’s excited to do it again, with Rucker by her side.

“I’m thrilled to be back hosting the CMA Awards and even more thrilled that I get to share the stage with Darius Rucker. We’re looking forward to a night of celebrating great country music and hope you’ll tune in and watch!” said McEntire in a statement.

Rucker called the hosting gig “an absolute honor”, especially since he’s doing it by McEntire’s side, and said he’s looking forward to celebrating this year in country music.

The CMA Awards will take place on November 11th, in Nashville, Tennessee. Miranda Lambert topped the list of nominees, with a total of seven nods.
