Rihanna hasn’t released a new album in years, but that didn’t stop her from making Spotify history. She celebrated another major career milestone after becoming the first female artist since the launch of this streaming platform to reach a billion views with 10 different songs.

It’s been a while since Rihanna dropped her last album Anti in 2016, but that’s not stopping her from captivating audiences. Renewed interest in her music can be credited to her Super Bowl half-time show this winter, which saw her perform some of her biggest hits.

In addition to her solo hits “Diamonds”, “Love on the Brain”, and “Needed Me”, the list of Rihanna’s songs with over a billion streams on Spotify also includes collaborations “We Found Love” ft. Calvin Harris, “Stay” ft. Mikky Ekko, “This Is What You Came For” ft. Calvin Harris, “Four Five Seconds” ft. Kanye West & Paul McCartney, “Work” ft. Drake, “Umbrella” ft. Jay-Z, and “Love the Way You Lie” ft. Eminem.

Rihanna celebrated this milestone by responding with her signature flair on social media, writing “Bad Gal billi… wit no new album… lemme talk my s—t!” Even though she hasn’t released a new album in seven years, Rihanna has given us new songs here and there, including her Oscar-nominated single “Lift Me Up” from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.
