It looks like there have been some casting changes in the Liam Neeson-Kate Walsh action thriller, Honest Thief.

While previous reports announced that Jai Courtney will star as the FBI agent in the romantic-drama-meets-action thriller, Deadline now reports that Robert Patrick is in talks to board the project as the law enforcement man.

Honest Thief was co-written by Steve Allrich and Ozark co-creator Mark Williams. The film follows bank robber Tom Carter (Neeson), who finds the love of his life, Annie (Walsh). Annie happens to work at the front desk of a storage facility where he hid $7 million in stolen loot. They fall head over heels, and he resolves to wipe the slate clean by turning himself in. But then his case is turned over to a crooked FBI agent, played by Patrick.

According to the outlet, Courtney is still on board, with Jeffery Donovan and Anthony Ramos rounding out the cast.

Patrick’s other credits include Netflix’s The Laundromat and The Poison Rose.
