Ryan Murphy’s New Netflix Show Adds to Its Cast

Ryan Murphy’s Hollywood has added some big names to its already star-studded cast. 

Multiple outlets confirm that Samara Weaving, Jeremy Pope, Laura Harrier, and David Corenswet have joined the cast of Murphy’s first project under his overall deal with the streamer, Hollywood.

They join the previously cast Jim Parsons, Dylan McDermott, Maude Apatow, Joe Mantello, Laura Harrier, and Jake Picking. Also starring are Patti LuPone, Holland Taylor, and Darren Criss.

Little is known about the limited drama series. When originally announced the prolific producer called the project “a love letter to the Golden Age of Tinseltown.” 

According to The Wrap McDermott has been cast as a character named Ernie, Weaving will play Claire, Parsons is set as Henry Wilson, Apatow will play Henrietta, Mantello has the role of Dick, Harrier will play Camille and Picking will portray actor Rock Hudson.

Netflix announced the news Friday.
