Nine Perfect Strangers has found a lead to star opposite Nicole Kidman and Melissa McCarthy.

Based on Big Little Lies‘ author Liane Moriarty’s latest book and co-written by David E. Kelley and John-Henry Butterworth, the series takes place at a boutique health-and-wellness resort that promises nine strangers healing and transformation. The owner of the resort, Masha (Nicole Kidman), watches over them and has innovative ways to restore their health.

Weaving’s set to play Jessica, one of the nine strangers, who comes to the resort to try and fix her marriage after she and her husband win the lottery. Luke Evans and Melvin Gregg have also been cast in Nine Perfect Strangers.

Weaving recently starred in Snake Eyes with Henry Golding and in Ryan Murphy’s Hollywood. Her next role is in Bill & Ted Face the Music, the third installment in the franchise starring Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter, which will be released later this summer.

Nine Perfect Strangers doesn’t have a release date yet, but they’re eyeing a 2021 debut.
