If you’ve got tired of Alexa’s generic voice, but can’t imagine living without it – we’ve got some great news for you. Some of your favorite celebrities will lend their voice to Amazon’s virtual assistant – starting with Samuel L. Jackson.

According to the company’s official statement, he can tell you jokes, let you know if it’s raining, set timers and alarms, play music and more – all with a bit of his own personality. Amazon has two options in store for a new celebrity version of Alexa – one explicit and one family-friendly.

This is only fitting since it’s Samuel L. Jackson we’re talking about after all. Having him voice Alexa and not ask to deliver a couple of lines from his iconic Ezekiel speech from Pulp Fiction would be such a waste – and this upgrade will only set you back by $0.99.

This isn’t the first time that Amazon joined forces with A-list stars to promote Alexa. Their Super Bowl ad featured appearances from Harrison Ford and Forest Whitaker, and we can’t wait for them to announced other celebrity guest voices they picked out for Alexa.
