Sara Gilbert has had enough talking.
The Connors star has announced that she will be leaving her other job — that of co-host of The Talk.
Sara has served as part of the talk show team since its establishment in 2010, along with Sharon Osbourne.
During Tuesday’s episode of the show, Sara revealed her decision, indicating that she has too much on her plate right now.
“This is something I have been struggling with for a while and going back and forth. But I’ve decided it’s time for me to leave the show,” she said whilst getting emotional. “I obviously love it here and this was extremely difficult. Last season I did The Conners and, as you know, also producing… and I loved it and felt totally empowered. But my life was slightly out of balance, and I was not spending as much time with my three kids as I would like.”
But Sara assured her co-hosts Sharon, Carrie Ann Inaba, Sheryl Underwood, and Eve that they had not seen the last of her…
“I will come back, I will guest co-host — you’re not going to get rid of me, I’ll be around.”
We’ll miss you, Sara.
