Selena Gomez is a woman of many talents, and she showed off her cooking skills in the HBO Max show Selena + Chef. She’s getting ready to cook up more magic this holiday season, but she’ll take her beloved cooking show to Food Network this time around.
Selena + Chef aired on HBO Max in the midst of the global pandemic in 2020, and it saw the former Disney star team up with a different professional chef in each episode. Over the course of the past four seasons, they helped her deal with disasters in the kitchen and improve her cooking skills.
The future of Selena + Chef was uncertain after it was announced Gomez would join Food Network for two new series. One of them was described as a “celebration-focused series just in time for the holidays” and it turns out it was just a continuation of Selena + Chef.
Selena + Chef: Home for the Holidays is coming to Food Network on November 30, and Gomez can’t wait to share it with the world.
“The holidays have always meant so much to me. It was an honor to have these amazing chefs in my kitchen to introduce some of their favorite foods and what makes the holidays special for them,” said Gomez in a statement.
