“Selling Sunset” and “Bling Empire” Returning to Netflix

Netflix has renewed Selling Sunset and Bling Empire, and has ordered two new series from the creators of both shows.

Brandon Rigg, the streamer’s vice president of unscripted and documentary series announced the renewals and series orders in a blog post. Selling Sunset will be returning for Seasons 4 and 5 and Bling Empire will be returning for Season 2.

Selling Sunset follows the personal and professional lives of seven of the most successful female relators working at The Oppenheim Group in West Hollywood. The cast includes Chrishell Stause, Christine Quinn, Mary Fitzgerald (with Romain Bonnet), Heather Rae Young, Amanza Smith, Maya Vander, Davina Potratz, and bosses Jason and Brett Oppenheim.

Bling Empire follows a group of wealthy Asian living in Los Angeles who live the life of the rich and famous. The cast includes Kevin Taejin Kreider, Kane Lim, Christine Alexandra Chiu, Gabriel Chiu, Kelly Mi Li, Anna Shay, Cherie Chan, Jessey Lee, Kim Lee, Andrew Gray, Jaime Xie, and Guy Tang.

Netflix ordered a new series from Selling Sunset‘s creator Adam DiVello which will follow a Florida real estate agency comprised of Black women, led by military veteran Sharelle Rosado.

Bling Empire executive producer Jeff Jenkins also has a new series ordered from the streaming network titled My Unorthodox Life, which follows Julia Haart, who was born Talia Leibov in 1971 in the Soviet Union, and went on from being a member of the ultra-Orthodox Jewish community to being the creative director of  La Perla to being the CEO of Elite World Group. The show is expected to premiere later this year.
