Shakira is no stranger to amazing collaborations, and her latest sees her team up with the Black Eyed Peas and David Guetta. They joined forces in the futuristic music video for the catchy new track “Don’t You Worry”, which will take you straight to outer space.

Helmed by Director X, “Don’t You Worry” features all the elements you’d expect to see in a space-themed music video – from members of the Black Eyed Peas spotting a UFO to Shakira performing an elaborate dance number with a group of aliens. The final moments of the video take us back behind the scenes in Barcelona and Los Angeles, where the video was filmed.

If you feel like this song sounds a little bit familiar, it’s not a coincidence. It pays a clear homage to the Black Eyed Peas’ chart-topping hit “I Gotta Feeling” from 2009, which was also produced by David Guetta.

“Don’t You Worry” also marks the group’s second collaboration with Shakira. They previously joined forces for 2020 single “Girl Like Me, which peaked at No. 67 on the Billboard Hot 100.

“Don’t You Worry” marks the first single of 2022 for the Black Eyed Peas. It’s expected to be featured on the group’s upcoming ninth studio album, which will serve as the follow-up to their previous record Translation from 2020.
