Shawn Mendes hasn’t been touring since 2019, but he’s getting ready to hit the road again. It seems like the Canadian hitmaker will be busy performing in front of his fans throughout 2022 since he recently announced Wonder: The World Tour, set to kick off next year.

Mendes teased the tour on social media and captioned his announcement by writing, “Can’t wait to get out there and see you all again guys”, followed by a heart emoji. The rest of the details are yet to be announced, but it’s highly likely he’ll mostly focus on North America and Europe as he used to during his past tours.

Mendes will set out on a world tour in support of his latest album Wonder, which hit the shelves last December. It debuted atop the Billboard 200 chart and reached no. 1 in his home country of Canada, becoming the singer’s fourth studio album to do so.

In addition to the lead single “Wonder”, this album saw Mendes joining forces with Justin Bieber for a smash hit “Monster”. He’s currently working on his fifth studio album, and he teased it with a recently released single “Summer of Love” featuring Tainy.
